Data-driven decision making (DDDM) makes use of data from external agencies along with classroom assessments and surveys to describe the current state of the organization, including attainment gaps and aspects of organizational performance or quality. Working in teams, we can use this data for school self-evaluation and improving the quality of teaching and learning in classrooms.
Our work in DDDM is research-based using evidence from local and international contexts.
