The 21st Century Skills Page

  1. What will Tobago be like 15 years from now? Will our learners be able to adapt to new economies and new job oportunities? What do they need to do right now? What skills will be needed for all citizens to participate? What are the skills that might be needed in an economy that is service/hospitality oriented? If Tobago is to achieve greater participation in the industralized and manufacturing sector, what set of abilities and competencies must be taught now?
  2. These questions all incorporate a global mindset-Tobago students  being able to compete in a global world
  3. However, moving from a content based learning experiences to learning to learn requires formative assessment practice and evidence-based intervention
